It makes Good Sense to have a Health Insurance Plan to help pay for those hospital and surgical expenses you or family may incur. United American's Good Sense Plan offers a level of coverage to fit your financial needs and maintain your lifestyle.
The Good Sense Plan is a basic Hospital Plan that can be enhanced with increased outpatient benefits, doctor visits, prescription discounts, extra critical illness coverage, special cancer benefits, and other options.
Daily Room Benefit
$400.00 per day up to two years.....$292,000.00
Benefits are payable for as long as two years for each covered injury or sickness beginning with the first day of confinement.
Intensive Care Benefit
$800.00 per day up to.....$72,000.00
Twice the daily Room benefit is payable for up to 90 days of confinement in an Intensive Care Unit of a hospital for each covered injury or sickness.
Miscellaneous Hospital Expenses
Up to $25,000.00 payable (less $500.00 deductible) at the rate of %80 of expenses incurred other than room charges or physicians fees for each covered injury or sickness.Payable during confinement or when surgery is performed on an outpatient basis.
Surgical Expense Benefit
Benefits are payable for up to $7,500.00 for each covered injury or sickness as per schedule.
Assistant Surgeons Benefit
20% of surgeon's fees.
Anesthesia
25% of surgeon's fee
Radiotherapy Benefit
Payable up to $7,500.00 in lieu of other policy benefits for therapy in or out of the hospital.
